Terms & Conditions of pkr67

By accessing, registering on, or using the pkr67 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pkr67 platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. This includes but is not limited to users accessing pkr67 via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, or any mobile application associated with the pkr67 brand.

If you are accessing pkr67 on behalf of a corporate entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms. pkr67 reserves the right to request evidence of such authority at any time.

To register and maintain a pkr67 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of an automated system or bot;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pkr67, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You do not already hold an active pkr67 account — one account per person is strictly enforced;
• You have not previously had a pkr67 account suspended or closed for breach of these terms;
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, current, and complete.

pkr67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

pkr67 may in its absolute discretion decline to register any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr67 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. pkr67 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other online services.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account. All activity conducted through your pkr67 account is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity regardless of whether it was personally conducted by you.

If you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pkr67 support immediately at [email protected]. pkr67 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pkr67 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all contact information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. pkr67 communicates important account and regulatory notices via the email address on file, and you agree that such communications are deemed received once delivered to that address.

pkr67 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at pkr67's discretion.

All funds deposited into your pkr67 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pkr67 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may result in account suspension and return of funds.

• Minimum deposit: As published on the pkr67 Cashier page and subject to change without notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your PKR balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. pkr67 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.
• Withdrawal conditions: Funds that have been credited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
• Fees: pkr67 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported Pakistani payment methods. Your payment provider may apply independent charges outside of pkr67's control.

pkr67 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. This includes but is not limited to source-of-funds documentation, identity verification, and address verification. pkr67 may withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of such verification.

pkr67 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible users from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. pkr67 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to your bonus balance. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• pkr67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or misuse of promotional terms.
• Users who have opted into the pkr67 self-exclusion programme or who have active deposit limits that restrict gameplay are not eligible for promotional bonuses during the period of such restrictions.
• Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming bonuses will result in all accounts being suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

pkr67 expressly prohibits the use of systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer. Any user identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have their account suspended and all associated winnings voided without further notice.

All games available on the pkr67 platform — including slots, live casino tables, virtual sports, cricket betting markets, and Relax Fishing — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines or regulated live dealer infrastructure, as applicable. pkr67 maintains annual third-party audits to verify that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages accurately reflect actual outcomes over statistically significant sample sizes.

You acknowledge and accept that:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr67 platform. This list is non-exhaustive — pkr67 reserves the right to determine whether any conduct not listed constitutes a breach of these terms:

• Registering as an underage user or providing false age or identity information;
• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) under the same or different identities;
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or from unauthorised third-party payment sources;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or to pkr67's backend systems;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent;
• Posting, transmitting, or communicating abusive, threatening, or harassing content through any pkr67 communication channel;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any pkr67 content or intellectual property without written authorisation.

Where pkr67 identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account. pkr67 may also report such conduct to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where legally required.

pkr67 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle, not merely as a regulatory requirement. The following tools are available to all registered users directly through account settings, without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alerting you when a defined play session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or time-limited restriction preventing all access to your pkr67 account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window regardless of the user's request.

pkr67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is not the registered user;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider;
• Identification that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

You may close your pkr67 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pkr67 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Account closure does not waive any obligation, liability, or claim that either party may have against the other arising prior to the date of closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr67 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pkr67's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr67 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any specific outcome in any game or betting market will be achieved. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the pkr67 platform — including but not limited to the pkr67 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr67 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any platform software;

pkr67 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the pkr67 platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and pkr67 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

pkr67 may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of pkr67's obligations under the Privacy Policy.
